Account Manager - Corporate Program
$Competitive base + Superannuation + Bonus
You will be responsible to drive strategy, development and day-to-day management of the Dyson Corporate Program.

As the Account Manager for our Corporate Program, you will be responsible for the execution of the direct sales plans through the corporate partner channel. Reporting into the Head of Direct, you will be the face of the business, building and maintaining relationships with corporations that have an employee base that match our target consumer. You will be accountable for growing the direct sales volume, revenue and gross margin via the program.
You will be responsible to drive strategy, development and day-to-day management of the Dyson Corporate Program. Using your strong relationship building skills you will develop new business opportunities, proactively recruiting new corporate partners. You will also influence across the business, to gain buy-in from internal stakeholders and bringing them along on the journey.
- Be responsible for delivering monthly sales volumes
- Manage monthly planning process and budgets
- Work with marketing team in order to develop and implement new offers and incentives
- Work with the sales team and demand planners to ensure awareness of stock issues or restrictions as well as maximise the corporate offerings opportunities Streamline the Corporate offerings processes and well as identify opportunities for continuous improvement
The key to success in this role is all about building and managing strong relationships and influencing stakeholders effectively both internally and externally. You will need strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills with an ability to adapt to changing business needs.
In addition you will require:
- The ability and initiative to work independently through a high level of personal achievement
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or B2B/sales/customer service
- Demonstrated account management experience
- Advanced Microsoft suite
