In the competitive world we live in, we need someone like you to make sure we’re giving our products the best chance possible to get snapped up. Yes, this is about sales, growth, seeking out new opportunities and getting out and about in your region to increase your visibility (as well as our products). Yet it’s so much more. You’ll work with the retailers and support them to ensure they have everything they need to promote our products when you’re not around. Supplying point-of-purchase materials, product training of sales associates, recruiting and coaching Dyson Experts within our shops in shops and negotiating with retailers to maximise the impact or our products in-store will all play a role in your success.
Fluent in Dutch, English and French, you have previous target-driven sales experience. Ultimately, you’re a great communicator who is superb at building relationships. It means that people are motivated to do their best for you and, in turn, us. Excellent presentation, good report writing and influencing skills are all essential. As is your ability to think laterally, see solutions, take the initiative, be proactive and act with confidence. As this is a regional role, you’ll also need to be prepared to travel – including visits to our offices in Antwerp and Amsterdam. Some evening and weekend work may be necessary; however, this doesn’t faze you. You’re focussed, driven and willing to prove yourself.
