That includes taking the lead on maintaining a user-centric approach to deliver a seamless customer experience, identifying and closely managing change, and working both independently and collaboratively to enable the development process. Along the way, you’ll have the confidence and charisma essential to challenging business units about their plans, effectively translating conceptual user needs into functional requirements and co-ordinating project planning and management by being the link between teams.
With experience gained as a Digital/eCommerce Business Analyst in an FMCG environment, you’ve already successfully delivered customer-facing online solutions, whether in terms of a website redesign or nurturing customers through an online multichannel experience. So you’ll understand and be able to design complex business operational processes, and appreciate the importance of systems within business operations. You’ll bring clear commercial focus and the ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver great results. While experience gained on substantial projects, delivering enhancements and eCommerce solutions, or of delivering change through truly integrated, digital solutions, would be an advantage, more important are a results-driven, innovative approach and the ability to thrive on change.
