Business Process Analyst




The Business Process Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring that our Commercial processes, ways of working and governance structure are documented, understood and up-to-date. The Business Process Analyst will also be responsible for supporting identification of opportunities to drive change in current business processes in order to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and improve effectiveness.

The Business Process Analyst will work closely with the Business Process Analyst, Process Owners, Programme Managers and producers. The role includes responsibilities related to process improvement, documentation management, process governance, training and user support.

This team plays a vital role in supporting Dyson’s future technology and campaigns.


As a Business Process Analyst you'll be responsible for supporting the Process Owners in setting and communicating the vision for their areas to ensure they meet Dyson's global needs. You'll indentify areas of improvement, coordinating and supporting deployment activities for process and system changes.

You'll be responsible for the auditing process adherence and tracking documentation usage to identify any areas for improvement. You'll quantify the benefits and provide post-deployment support to assist with process adoption, answering queries and providing guidance to end users on process related matters to ensure smooth ‘Business as usual’ support.


The successful individual will have working knowledge of marketing/agency operations and managing data libraries for storage of process management documentation to support process definition. You'll be interested in how business works and a strong desire to improve performance. You'll have worked in a fast-based, dynamic business with the ability to deliver under pressure and utilise your strong time management skills.
