As we rapidly expand, engineering approaches are transforming and we are delivering new capabilities, such as photo-realistic rendering for conceptual products, electronics systems modelling, high performance computing for analysis, and simulation of complex production lines, which are all delivered and supported by the global PLM function.
As a Business Systems Manager you will be Accountable for working with the business leadership in the New Category team to understand and develop detailed requirements for any new IT solution capabilities or changes; ultimately being responsible for the end to end delivery of these through Group IT teams and external suppliers.
Reporting into the PLM Solutions Manager as part of the global IT Business Development function, you will be responsible for actively engaging with business leaders and partners to understand business plans, objectives, priorities and challenges and ensuring that these are encouraged within the IT community, Taking accountability for the end to end delivery of new IT solutions or changes required to support New Category, through the meaningful IT teams and external suppliers
With experience in a similarly dynamic, international role and complex organisation, you’ll have a shown working knowledge in an IT leadership role working as part of a global matrix led team.
You would have experience in Product development, along with portfolio, programme and project management techniques including Agile. A background in IT and Business Consultancy roles would be preferred.
