A critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that the latest and best technology and product capability is delivered and continued to be evolved in support of the ambitious growth plans of the business.  You will be the primary contact for business stakeholders for all aspects of IT delivery and act as an advocate of the business areas within the wider global IT organisation

Function Overview

We ensure the latest and best technology is provided to enable our product development teams to create ever more diverse, complex and exciting products.
We constantly evolve the enterprise solutions to allow all product information to be managed efficiently throughout the development lifecycle and shared with thousands of people all around the world.

As we rapidly expand, engineering approaches are transforming and we are delivering new capabilities, such as photo-realistic rendering for conceptual products, electronics systems modelling, high performance computing for analysis, and simulation of complex production lines, which are all delivered and supported by the global PLM function.


As a Business Systems Manager you will be Accountable for working with the business leadership in the New Category team to understand and develop detailed requirements for any new IT solution capabilities or changes; ultimately owning the end to end delivery of these through Group IT teams and external suppliers.

Reporting into the PLM Solutions Manager as part of the global IT Business Development function, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business plans, objectives, priorities and challenges and ensuring that these are understood within the IT community, Taking accountability for the end to end delivery of new IT solutions or changes required to support New Category, through the relevant IT teams and external suppliers


With experience in a similarly dynamic, international role and complex organisation, you’ll have a proven working knowledge in an IT leadership role working as part of a global matrix managed team.
The ideal candidate for the role would have significant experience in Product development, along with portfolio, programme and project management techniques including Agile.  A background in IT and Business Consultancy roles would be preferred.
