How would you like be detrimental to the ongoing support required for cross functional teams within IT & Engineering departments?

We are looking for a CAD Support Analyst to be a key member of the PLM technical team where you will be responsible for the 1st line support of the CAD solution, along with escalations to the 2nd line support group.

Function Overview

Developing groundbreaking technology takes more than engineering brilliance. It requires seamless integration of Dyson people, data, processes and business systems across multiple countries and functions. As Dyson grows into a multi-category global technology company, our PLM and CAD teams becomes the key to success. Coordinating development teams, providing strategic advice, and adopting the latest applications for leaner processes, instant data access and faster decision making. They’ll ensure Dyson brings better machines to market, quicker.


You will have experience of CAD and take ownership of requests and incidents and ensure they logged via the local Service Desk, including those from the CAD Super User community and those re-directed from other Service Desks. You will provide high level Technical support to multiple end user groups. You will monitor the local system, including multi-site tasks, translation services, and interfaces. You will work closely with a number of different internal teams, including the PLM Solution team and engineering teams, where you will contribute to the continued development of operational support processes, future updates and changes.


You will come from a background of support and used to dealing with multiple requests at any one time, along with being confident with Siemens NX8.5 or above environments including modelling / drafting / large Assemblies. It would be ideal if you have knowledge or experience of Teamcenter 10 and NX CAM / NX Analysis.
