CRM Campaigns Manager




Reporting to the Head of Owner Experience, this role will be instrumental in driving customer retention through the creation of journeys and campaigns that delight Dyson owners and bring them closer to the brand.  You will be an expert in relationship marketing, able to formulate plans and deliver projects that drive advocacy & sales among contactable Dyson prospects and owners.

Market Overview

Dyson HQ, is tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside, our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. Yet nearby are the fashionable cities of Bristol and Bath (where a young James Dyson invented cyclone technology). 

The growing campus is the heartbeat of Dyson. Benefitting from an onsite Gym, sports pitch, multiple cafes and a nature walk. Over 2,000 people, including James himself, spend their days strategizing, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world.

Function Overview

The Group Owner Experience team drives strategic and tactical business initiatives in the pursuit of high quality execution across all owner touch points, turning one time Dyson buyers into lifelong Dyson advocates.  The function is a multi-disciplinary team encompassing CRM, customer service and insight specialisms, driving towards a consistent global operating model.


You will join at a time when Dyson is evolving its relationship marketing capability, with a drive towards new technology and approaches to unlock richer data insights and improve campaign performance.


Evangelise the role of relationship marketing within the Group commercial teams, ensuring high quality planning and creation of assets fitting to the Group Owner Experience strategy.

Steer development of journeys & relationship marketing assets for key stages of the purchase funnel, from prospects & acquisition, through to owners & retention.

Keep abreast of all NPD projects and oversee delivery of relationship marketing assets as part of global campaign kits (E.g. prospect & owner emails, web pages, video, in-box comms) through deep collaboration with Group commercial and creative teams. 

Help markets deliver their contribution to direct revenue targets via CRM sustainably by capitalising on data driven prospect and owner opportunities.  Deliver market guidelines and consultation on relationship marketing initiatives as required.

Use insights and analytics to refine concepts and deliverables.  Pursue test & learn scenarios (A/B, MTV) where applicable and feed actionable learnings to motivate markets and scale into business.

Build the owner lifecycle journey across existing and new channels, pursuing owner advocacy and re-purchase.  Test and iterate new concepts to help build out the owner lifecycle communications strategy.

Drive more contact with owners post-purchase through engagement initiatives capitalising on registration, social, mobile/app, experiential or other re-engagement tactics.  We seek to grow our direct proposition through delivery of world class brand experiences.
Navigate system infrastructure (CRM, ESP, website) as required to find the most fitting operational solutions to help markets deliver direct campaigns and optimise results


Excellent communication skills

Ability to operate in a global matrix structure with a broad range of stakeholders

Energetic, positive approach to problem solving, collaboration and influencing others

Completer finisher approach to project work

Experience of working with CRM systems/data environments, ESPs and web infrastructure

Data minded, with the ability to detect meaningful audience and behavioural insights

Workshop/facilitation skills would be an advantage

Knowledge of html/equivalent desirable but not essential
