IT Change Analyst to own the delivery of the change impact assessment for key IT programmes/projects, working with the business analysis teams and the impacted business areas.

Function Overview

In any large scale business change or transformation programme it is the people aspects of that change that is the most difficult to get right to ensure the true benefit of the programme is delivered. Our change team will work with colleagues in IT, HR and the business to manage and deliver the people and process change, providing advice and assistance so that the business benefit is delivered and inherent risk effectively mitigated

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for owning the delivery of the change impact assessment for key IT programmes/projects, working with the business analysis teams and the impacted business areas and on-going analysis of the change impact assessment to identify any capability, culture, resource and training needs. You will input into the training needs analysis work (working hand in hand with the training team) and working with the impacted business areas to identify the appropriate material, method and timeframe for delivery of training and deliver the training where appropriate.

Skills

We are looking for someone that has experience in a similar change / programme delivery role previously and can demonstrate stakeholder analysis and planning, change management skills and communication strategy and planning (ideally including delivery).
