Dyson are seeking enthusiastic team players to join our superb in-house catering department on a permanent basis. This is no ordinary on-site Café facility…we are a global technology company and our catering team have the challenge of feeding these success hungry employees on a daily basis.
Working with the Executive Chef and other Chef Managers on menu planning and design of food service, ensuring a high standard of food preparation, presentation and quality control.
Ordering and controlling food stocks.
Managing special diet and allergen requirements.
Helping the team at evening functions and events.
Day to day line management of team, ensuring exceptional food and service everyday
Help in building internal and supplier relationships
Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues in your location
Experience in a similar role, in a high paced and high volume environment.
Passionate and creative with can do attitude.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude.
A relevant industry qualification is desirable eg NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
