As a Marketing Executive you’ll be responsible for managing project timelines, deliver weekly status updates to key stakeholders and, be the custodian of copy and imagery for the category. You’ll build relationships quickly across the business to brief the creative teams and drive the delivery of campaign assets to the trans-creation agency. Supporting the category Marketing Manager in evaluating the success of a project at varying stages and gain data from the local markets 12 months prior to launch to assess the environment into which new products are launching and use this insight to shape the comms execution.
Work alongside Marketing Manager and with the product & performance teams to understand the project, its technology, benefits; the claims we can make to create product strategy. You’ll also be responsible for liaising with legal and IP (intellectual property) teams throughout to ensure materials are as strong as they can be creatively whilst being legally acceptable.
The ideal candidate will have thrived in a fast-paced environment and come from
the health and beauty personal care industry with a passion for technology. You’ll have good experience of building relationships, liaising across a variety of teams including: creative, remote based teams and senior leadership.
Experience of managing projects within a busy, deadline focused environment is essential. An understanding of the creative process would be desirable. You’ll have experience of working with and understanding marketing data and have the ability to analyse this information (financial, rate of sale, return on investment analysis).
