Marketing Manager, Business to Business Team

£28,000 - £35,000 + 27 days holiday, pension, bonus and free onsite gym



Working within the Professional marketing team this is an ideal role for a target driven and motivated individual. This is a diverse role which is responsible for partnering with the key global territories to develop and deliver the growth strategy. This includes taking leadership of key strategic marketing projects, ensuring excellent implementation throughout all markets and understanding return of investment.

The successful candidate will need to establish themselves as the respected marketing lead and work closely with the territory sales directors and marketing managers to deliver our plans.  Success in the role will be dependent on influencing, relationship building and working cross-functionally with creative, claims and legal to deliver agreed strategic objectives.

Market Overview

Home to our global Research, Design and Development centre and all of our Commercial functions, Dyson HQ is tucked away in countryside famous for the railway tunnels and bridges of Isambard Brunel, who revolutionised modern engineering. Our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. Yet nearby are the fashionable cities of Bristol and Bath (where a young James Dyson invented cyclone technology).
The building is the heartbeat of Dyson. Over 1,500 people, including James himself, spend their days strategizing, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world. From 2016, our HQ will begin doubling its footprint with an ambitious new expansion.

Function Overview

Working closely with our engineers, our marketeers develop powerful claims through scientific research. And from traditional channels to cutting-edge events, retail experiences, social media and PR, they seize every chance to tell the Dyson story.


  • Lead and inspire cross-functional, cross disciple and cross-market teams to deliver initiative that will increase category/product performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the central marketing team and three of our European markets. Support these markets in developing and updating their marketing strategy and plans that deliver the business vision and ambition.

We expect that you'll be coming from a similar European facing marketing role in a commercial company. You will have experience of managing multiple marketing projects and multiple stakeholders. Through this experience we will expect you have effective and concise communications skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business with marketing colleagues and sales colleagues, both peers and seniors. You'll be driven and ambitious, you'll be tenacious and team player.


You will have a marketing or business degree and 3 years in a global or European marketing role at a junior level.


It would be a great benefit to have experience in a business to business role previously; if you don't have this then we'd love to understand your passion for moving into it.
