The Communications Specialist will manage, support and maintain the Dyson’s EMM / MDM environment, being the primary point of contact for all things mobile for Dyson globally.

The Client, Mobile & Application Solutions team is responsible for building, shaping and delivering the global Client, Mobile & Application Technology Roadmap within Dyson. The team is charged with reviewing and implementing new end point technology as well as supporting existing hardware and software within the business.
In addition, this role will also be responsible for managing and maintaining any of the new and existing communication and collaboration initives that have been or are begin introduced into Dyson, including Avaya telephony, Ploycom Video Conferencing and Microsoft Surface Hubs.
We are looking for someone that can display 2-4 year experience in performing Level 2 and 3 support of mobility and telephony devices and those being Airwatch Mobile Device Management & implementation / Apple iOS, Android, Windows 10, MyFi devices / Microsoft Skype for Business / Lync 2013 system administration.
You will poses experience in Change and Release Management to ITIL standards and communication carriers, including fixed line and mobile, domestic and international.
