£10,897.43 + Sales Commission + 27 days holiday pro rata + pension + free on-site gym

Your working pattern would be 15:00- 20:00 Monday to Friday.

Dyson is a UK company and we're very well established. 1 in 3 UK homes has at least 1 of our products and that means supporting Owners is a top priority. At our Malmesbury based Contact Centre we interact with over a million Dyson Owners every year and we're always asking ourselves what we can do to improve their experience.

Function Overview

Dyson is all about problem-solving and our Contact Centre is no exception. There’s no query our fully trained Advisors can’t answer. Driven to turn owners into passionate advocates of the brand, our team makes each experience rewarding. So we never miss an opportunity to talk about our latest machines, looking to sell our newest technology and upgrade the product portfolio into Dyson homes.


Working as part of our friendly, professional team, you’ll not only be helping callers but exceeding their expectations and creating customers for life. It’s a fun, diverse and dynamic role that might see you ordering parts or booking engineers. But whatever the task, you’ll see it as an opportunity to deliver sales through excellent service. So you’ll also love getting to know about new Dyson technology, exciting customers and even securing a sale on the same call. We’ll all about innovation through ingenuity, so you’ll share our love of ideas and bringing them to life, whether that’s by improving products or processes, to ensure we deliver for our customers.

If you’re motivated and have a positive approach, good people skills and want to learn more, we can teach you the rest. In addition to your salary as a Service and Sales Advisor you can also earn commission and additional sales bonuses based on your performance. As with all things confidence is key so the more you practice and build your skills the more you can earn.


The Dyson Contact Centre is a busy but enjoyable place to work with a relaxed dress code and great team spirit. Whilst our working days are a little longer than usual it means you get more days off. We’re based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire and open 7 days a week, 8am – 8pm, Monday – Friday and 8am – 6pm at the weekends.
