The Digital & CRM Applications Manager is a key leadership role within the newly formed Dyson IT Design team and is accountable for the overall design and strategy across the Digital & CRM solutions used at Dyson today and in the future.

Function Overview

Our Digital IT team is one of the company’s fastest growing functions. Spanning across Dyson’s presence online, transactional capabilities, customer care, marketing support and the front and back office technology that makes Dyson work, it is the nerve centre of Dyson. The team spans many specialities from Technical to Business Analysis and Testing. Crucially, as we look to drive future growth by increasing direct sales, becomes our most vital global sales channel. Like Dyson products, we embrace the latest technologies, excelling in quality and usability.


You as our Digital & CRM Application Manager will be The role will be responsible for leading a team of Solution Architects covering design of Dyson’s core Digital & CRM solutions. This is to include Core SAP Back Office (ECC), Core Supply Chain and Demand / Commercial Planning and Core Costing and Procurement.

You will interact and manage external teams / contacts outside of IT which will include technical and non-technical Stakeholders to challenge and driver our overall solution design and strategy for the digital and CRM applications and you will work closely with the Head of Application Design. The role will require active participation in leading, defining and shaping the way the newly formed Application Design team will operate


Dyson are looking for someone with a strong background of enterprise level application design / application architecture, senior level business engagement / stakeholder management.

Technically we are looking for Experience of the general SAP solution landscape, experience of SAP ECC (Back Office) with focus on Sales / Logistics and Finance is also a key requirement, General knowledge and experience of large scale business supply chains, SAP supply chain capabilities such as APO and external commercial and / or demand planning toolsets and their implementation.

• Experience of forming or working within an established and efficient design team is highly desirable
• A strong grounding in general technical architecture to include hosting (On Premise & Cloud), storage and networks is highly desirable
• Experience within Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF) would be beneficial
• Experience in supporting project delivery involving both in-house and third-party design, development, testing and project management
