Description and Requirements

You will lead and line manager a team of Cyber Security Analysts, graduates, under-graduates and provide leadership and ownership for cyber security services. You will write, maintain, and follow security documentation including technical processes, procedures, and operations manuals.

The Security Architecture team design the technology solutions that keep us at the top of our game, refining our processes, stressing our systems, and making sure we’re well honed. It’s a tireless job, but the bad guys don’t rest.


  • Provide the first point of contact into the Cyber team for the business
  • Conduct service incident/request trend analysis to support the production of reports and statistics
  • Define, measure, and ensure team compliance with key performance indicators
  • Report to Senior Leadership on Cyber contribution to broader IT SLAs
  • Lead and support investigations as necessary from the business or from internally driven events
  • Support investigations outside of the standard process to deliver a consistent risk rated response to key stakeholders
  • Operate, support and champion maintenance of our security toolsets (DLP systems etc.)
  • Optimise and tune DLP security monitoring systems & integration to be able to detect business relevant events
  • Engage with key stakeholders to maintain a business partner relationship, ensuring the success of ongoing DLP development
  • Ensure availability and uptime of security systems, develop and deliver reporting metrics


  • Experience in a security operations role
  • Expert knowledge of security tools, techniques and implementation into enterprise environments. (In particular DLP systems)
  • Experienced level professional qualification such as CISSP or CISM
