Function Overview

The Marketing Analytics Data Environment (MADE) programme is key in putting the Owner at the heart of the Dyson business and establishing a data-driven operating model.  The MADE dataset will capture key consumer interactions from source systems (internal & external data sets) to help build and inform the enriched profiles we use to personalise our communications with Owners.

Accountabilities

  • You will be responsible for designing and developing customer experience (CRM) strategies including segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping and customer value propositions

  • You'll develop inspiring creative briefs – underpinned with data -  and help to shape effective creative work; measuring and refining this to ensure it meets objectives. 

  • You will provide recommendations to senior clients and agency teams how data can deliver a more personalised customer experience

  • You will input into data strategies and work with analytics and interpret data to provide learnings and recommendations for future campaigns

  • You will develop testing and targeting plans

  • You will work closely with the client at a senior level to help shape their marketing plans across a range of disciplines and translate their business requirements into plans

  • You will work with analytics to evaluate responses and make recommendations to improve future strategy and results  

  • You will help evangelise the power of data to clients and wider agency.

Skills

  • Typically senior planner / senior data planner within a digital or CRM agency with 6yrs+ experience - either from an agency background or have client-side experience in customer marketing, 

  • You have gravitas and can inspire your internal team and the client

  • You are passionate about using data to develop exceptional marketing strategies and brand literate, able to arrive at key insights and turn these into actionable plans. 

  • Customer focused, commercial and analytical.

  • Equally passionate about the creative product, working collaboratively with creative teams and inspiring great work. 

  • Able to manage multiple projects and assignments

  • Strong, credible and confident communicator able to win trust

  • Good analytical and problem solving capabilities

  • Understanding of data and its relationship with CRM and digital

  • Loves problem solving and maximising opportunities for your clients and are confident in developing clear strategic arguments.
