You will be responsible for designing and developing customer experience (CRM) strategies including segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping and customer value propositions
You'll develop inspiring creative briefs – underpinned with data - and help to shape effective creative work; measuring and refining this to ensure it meets objectives.
You will provide recommendations to senior clients and agency teams how data can deliver a more personalised customer experience
You will input into data strategies and work with analytics and interpret data to provide learnings and recommendations for future campaigns
You will develop testing and targeting plans
You will work closely with the client at a senior level to help shape their marketing plans across a range of disciplines and translate their business requirements into plans
You will work with analytics to evaluate responses and make recommendations to improve future strategy and results
You will help evangelise the power of data to clients and wider agency.
Typically senior planner / senior data planner within a digital or CRM agency with 6yrs+ experience - either from an agency background or have client-side experience in customer marketing,
