Demand Planner - Aftermarket

As our Aftermarket Demand Planner, you’ll make sure aftermarket parts are available to our supply chain as and when needed – keeping our customers happy and driving cost inventory management efficiency.
You’ll own the pan-European demand and inventory planning of all aftermarket parts across our supply chain network. Ultimately, it’ll be down to you to see that our consumers aftermarket orders are fulfilled by ensuring we have the right parts available, in the right place at the right time. You’ll do this by working with the local market teams and learning about demand patterns from a range of consumer, repair and refurbishment facilities. You’ll then work with internal and external stakeholders to produce the reporting required for successful material planning and part availability. You’ll also respond and adapt to demand as our market changes – which means helping contribute to the product end-of-life process and reducing any associated financial impact.
As we’re moving to make this part of our service ever-more efficient, we’ll need you to have experience in demand management. That’s because we need you to understand the key drivers in aftermarket demand, so that we’re adding-value to our customers at every stage of the product lifecycle. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information in a user-friendly way is essential, so good communication skills are critical too. You’ll also need SAP, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), experience.
