The Digital Analytics Manager will be working with Dyson markets across the world and be at the heart of Dyson's current digital transformation.

Reporting to the Head of Analytics, the Digital Analytics Manager will provide leadership to develop our digital channel analytical capability within the business, driving strategic agenda and delivering advanced digital insight and analytics. This role will lead the Digital Analytics team to extract value from our digital tools and customer data.

Function Overview

The Commercial Team are responsible for bringing our engineering, technology and products to life through NPD launches and marketing campaigns.  We work across a diverse team of specialists and with our global markets to deliver outstanding communications. Our aim is to create inspired experiences that amplify the pioneering technology we make. In order to deliver on this vision and Dyson’s growth ambitions, we need to transform the way we work.

Accountabilities

As Digital Analytics manager you will be responsible to lead all Digital Analytics and measurement projects.

The Digital Analytics Manager will work across all divisions at Senior Level across Dyson to champion, influence and exploit the agenda for Digital Analytics. They will also contribute to the research for assessment, introduction and roll-out of tools and technology platforms for analytics, automation, insights and visualization.

You will be expected to empower and partner with key decision makers to ensure timely, comprehensive and insightful information that has business impact. 

Dyson will look for the Digital Analytics manager to collaborate with the Markets to develop complex digital funnels and bring analytical/data solutions to marketing optimization, digital personalisation and UX testing.

Skills

The Digital Analytics manager will have the ability to take data and apply highly effective analytical methodologies to drive useful Digital insights across the business.

We would look for them to demonstrate advanced techniques in the integration and analysis of digital, customer, media and social data with an ability to translate this into actionable insight.

The Digital Analytics manager will need to have proven commercial experience with Google Analytics. Ideally, they will also have experience with  Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and an enterprise tag management solution.

Experience with other analytics tools including Tableau, personalisation and testing, session replay, click stream, competitor intelligence, SEO and pricing would be advantageous.
