Market Overview

Dyson has made a major strategic expansion into Asia and is now establishing operations in India with the Dyson India launch slated for January 2018.  At the heart of the Dyson India launch plan is the decision to create a strong founding team based out of Gurgaon – where this role will be based. This team will develop the plans to grow the organization and build the business. This is an exciting & unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team that will be instrumental in creating the Dyson India business. 

Function Overview and Third party online sellers are expected to contribute a substantial chunk of sales for Dyson and hence a critical function for India. The person will manage the entire digital sales process. The person will also manage other digital sales channels ex: On App or On Social 


Main Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  1. Partner with agency to execute strategic and tactical campaigns across search, social and display channels and share weekly/monthly reports with India management team

  2. Analyze data Google analytics on Dyson India ecommerce site, share insights and drive conversions. Optimize site funnel conversion rate

  3. Competition benchmarking and insights across Dyson categories

  4. Email marketing to customer base. Build lifecycle email programs.


Lead Management System

  1. Tracking leads daily, generating reports, and ensuring seamless flow of information between Customer facing teams and marketing team, India management team

  2. Driving conversions across channels based on lead process and improve conversion efficiency

  3. Creating and managing the lead assignment and lead flow processes

  4. Flagging issues on data inconsistency and process break downs

  5. Partner with channel heads for system & process improvement

  6. Engage with vendors to implement changes on all systems in conversion processes



  1. Passion for technology and excellent analytical skills

  2. Positive attitude, never say die spirit and willingness to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment.

  3. Willingness to travel across stores/with DTH / accompany in events

  4. Basic understanding of Google Analytics , Paid & Display Search, Email marketing

  5. Candidate with 1-2 Years experience in Marketing(Analytics/Digital)
