Function Overview

We’re implementing a completely new commerce and content platform to transform the way we explain our technology, with completely new engaging, interactive visual assets and build a purchase journey that outperforms global leaders like Apple and B&O. It’s a cornerstone of our global drive to more direct sales and a closer relationship with our customers.

At the same time, our existing platform continues to serve our global customer base with commerce functionality, rich support content and customer engagement tools, and forms a core part of our IoT platform, powering our latest generation of connected products. 

Accountabilities

We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager to define and establish robust processes, governance and SLAs within the data workflow stream, Align resource requirements with other teams, and their timelines and oversee the Hybris data team and prioritise Hybris work packages required for Digital Leap and BAU.

You will play a key role in growing existing and generating new relationships with other departments in the work stream and drive quality and efficiency of team output.

Skills

As a Digital Merchandising Manager you will demonstrate a strong commercial background of problem solving capabilities and consistent excellence in digital project delivery and working knowledge of data systems, with an understanding of system architecture and integration considerations.

Ideally you will have Exposure of collaborative tools such as Atlassian toolset (JIRA & Confluence) Application of Agile and Scrum methodologies
