Description

We are looking for a Digital Producer to manage the project deliverables and BAU in Hybris. The Digital team look after all of Dyson’s e-commerce websites globally plus the Dyson careers site, the James Dyson Award and James Dyson Foundation websites, amongst many others. The Digital team are the source of expert digital knowledge for the rest of the business, responsible for developing and delivering a range of projects from large-scale website builds to smaller but exciting changes to the current websites in the Dyson portfolio.

Function Overview

We’ve implemented a completely new commerce system (Hybris) and content platform (AEM) to transform the way we explain our technology, with completely new engaging, interactive visual assets and a purchase journey that outperforms global leaders like Apple and B&O. It’s a cornerstone of our global drive to more direct sales and a closer relationship with our customers.

At the same time, our existing platform continues to serve our global customer base with commerce functionality, rich support content and customer engagement tools, and forms a core part of our IoT platform, powering our latest generation of connected products. 


Accountabilities

You as a Digital Producer will be accountable for leading the day-to-day activities required for project deliverables and BAU in Hybris and making sure team follows agreed processes, governance and SLAs to ensure quality and efficiency of team output is at the expected level.
With technology ever evolving you will be continuously evaluating the Hybris team ways of working, looking to identify potential improvements that can be made to optimise quality of deliverables and team efficiency.

Skills

Your background will demonstrate experience managing E-commerce merchandising team and held an end-to-end Project Manager or Producer role within E-commerce alongside this will be familiar with using Agile and Scrum methodologies

It would be ideal if you have experience/working knowledge of the Hybris software or equivalent and working knowledge of Jira & Confluence software or equivalent.
