Description and Requirements

Product Owners build strong relationships with market stakeholders, benchmark against external stimulus and trends whilst gaining insight from user testing, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target testing tools etc – all feeding into the road map and continuing the evolution of our digital products. 

As drivers of transformation – the Product team often lead initiatives, filling gaps to achieve our goals and demonstrating where organisational change is needed. As such, Dyson Product Owners must be flexible, confident self-starters, problem solvers, enjoy removing blockers and be very comfortable with change!

Accountabilities:

  • You will shape requirements, prioritise backlogs, sign off user stories and acceptance criteria, and work day to day with Heads of Direct & Digital and Group Market teams
  • You will manage all digital enhancement & features and prioritise the product road map
  • You will manage the end to end product development process and provide everything from programme management, through to business analysis to implementation
  • You will work closely with our in-house User Experience teams, to develop personas, wire framing solutions
  • You will work hand in hand with Business Analysts to write user stories and agree acceptance criteria
  • You will be responsible for brand, creative design and production of assets and will work closely with our in-house creative and project management teams
  • You will forge and maintain relationships w/ third party partners (Creative and UX agencies)

Skills:

  • You will have demonstrable experience either as a Digital Manager, E-commerce Manager or UX Product Owner
  • You will have sound experience of working in, or knowledge of, agile scrum methodologies
  • You will have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams (non-technical and technical)
  • You will have your finger on the pulse, stay abreast of new developments in UX, customer purchase apps, software & tools and be passionate about the web, technology and customer experience
