As the Field Manager – Aftersales, you will be responsible for coaching, developing and motivating a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across the Benelux to deliver great customer service in every call, achieving net promoter score (NPS) targets, whilst also being accountable for promoting our latest technology, driving revenue and achieving sales targets within the region.

Accountabilities

As the Field Manager - Aftersales, you will be responsible for coaching, developing and motivating a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across the Benelux to deliver great customer service in every call, achieving net promoter score (NPS) targets, whilst also being accountable for promoting our latest technology, driving revenue and achieving sales targets within the region.


Skills

As the Field Manager – Aftersales, you will have demonstrable operational field leadership experience, either in a service or commercial environment. You will have a relentless focus on customer experience, and a proven track record of delivering high customer service metrics. As a proven leader you will also have great communication skills (both verbal and written). You will be an early adopter of technology, with the ability to learn, and train others in our latest innovations. It is essential that you are fluent in Dutch and English, whilst French would be an advantage.
