You will be responsible for creating shopper experiences that defy convention and are unique and new. Dyson has over 25 years of experience and expertise in whole machine HEPA filtration and filter media and has its own in-house microbiology lab. Armed with the sort of equipment usually associated with hospital laboratories, Dyson’s two microbiology laboratories offer new research and support to the engineering project teams to develop hygienic purification devices.

Global R&D continues apace, with Dyson developing ambitious new technologies including power systems, motors, vision systems, filtration systems, robotics, machine learning, and AI. It is bringing this powerful combination together into new and existing products, focusing global expertise at key locations in Singapore, UK and China. 

Function Overview:

Our Retail Sales teams epitomise the entrepreneurial spirit that has defined Dyson since day one: ambitious, commercially savvy, and strategically agile. We drive innovative ways to put our technology into more hands. It requires managing multiple networks of Dyson people and takes ownership and courage. Being constantly driven to see clearer solutions and drive better sales.

Accountabilities:

  • Ability to understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity 
  • Must be a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by exceeding our sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience 
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed 
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30lbs 
  • Ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time

Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing, retail setting required 
  • HS Diploma or GED required 
  • Experience working with or in a premium or luxury brand strongly preferred 
  • Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus
