The Strategy and Transformation team takes the lead to ensure that Global IT is aligned to Dyson’s overall global strategy and business plans, owning the architectural blueprint to enable these plans and translating this into a clear prioritized roadmap/portfolio and the enabling target operating model for IT to ultimately deliver real transformational change for Dyson

Accountabilities:

  • Establishing a focal point inside the function to own the People side of our ongoing IT transformation
  • Development, delivery and ongoing evolution of Dyson’s Global IT Culture strategy
  • Leading the wider global IT team by example and exemplifying our shared behaviours and values
  • Development and delivery of the communication strategy for the IT Transformation Program
  • Establish and maintain a framework for Training and Skills Development across IT
  • Lead the planning, preparation and execution of IT internal and external engagement
  • Drive culture surveys to drive the delivery of follow-up actions across the business and extended leadership team.
  • Develop tools, training materials and resources to support senior stakeholders in analysing their engagement
  • Design and enable activities to raise awareness and educate employees about the Dyson’s Global IT values.
  • Acting as an un-blocker, promoter and champion for our People focused Change Advocacy teams including Diversity & Inclusion and people recognition. 
  • Support HR to drive a high performing culture helping embed the new performance framework and culture as per our new performance model
  • Owning the IT on-boarding experience and associated improvements required

Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Transformation & Change role across HR and IT
  • Coaching and advising managers and leaders to manage local action planning and engagement activities.
  • Strong Change Management experience including a good knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies
  • Experience with producing quality Change Management plans that have been successfully delivered at scale
  • Good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process with the ability to influence others in transitioning towards a common vision or goal
