With huge growth planned and new technologies in development  we are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator , you would be working as part of the HR Operations team, this role provides high quality, accurate and efficient HR administrative service to Dyson UK and Ireland employees as well as International markets.  

Market Overview

Home to our global Research, Design and Development centre and all of our Commercial functions, Dyson HQ is tucked away in countryside famous for the railway tunnels and bridges of Isambard Brunel, who revolutionised modern engineering. Our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. Yet nearby are the fashionable cities of Bristol and Bath (where a young James Dyson invented cyclone technology).

The building is the heartbeat of Dyson. Over 1,500 people, including James himself, spend their days strategizing, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world. From 2016, our HQ will begin doubling its footprint with an ambitious new expansion.

Function Overview

Dyson is about technology. Technology created, and brought to market, by people. HR sits at Dyson’s heart – with specialist functions for Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Rewards.

Accountabilities

We like change at Dyson. We’re in the middle of expanding our campus footprint which includes an onsite sports centre, a brand new eating space with a suite of meeting rooms and that’s just the beginning. We are growing the number of employees we have at our Head Office in Malmesbury to 5000 by 2020. We therefore need a talented HR Administration Team to seamlessly provide an excellent service to the wider business.

 

Working as part of the HR Operations team, this role provides a high quality, accurate and efficient HR administrative service to Dyson UK and Ireland employees as well as International markets. Working closely with Reward, Payroll and other key business stakeholders, this role ensures the end to end HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle are dealt with in a proactive and efficient way; meeting regular deadlines, working in a fast paced environment where change is embraced and welcomed.

Skills

We have implemented a new HR system and are going through a period of process review and change so resilience is key.


Previous HR Administration experience is essential.  You will have exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask, work at pace whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail.


Intermediate excel as a minimum is essential and previous HR analytical experience would be advantageous.
