We are currently recruiting for a sole administrator for our current Learning Management System and HR administration. You would be working as part of the UK HR Operations team, this role provides high quality, accurate and efficient service delivery for LMS and day to day employee lifecycle administration.

- Supporting with the global roll out of training through our existing LMS system (currently UK & Europe)
- Weekly management of employee data in the system – including updating all data changes, loading of new starter, removal of leavers.
- Supporting the business with any access issues, tracking and chasing of completions, escalation of non-completions,queries and questions in the LMS inbox.
- Management of queries with/from the Supplier Support with preparing for a new global single learning platform .
As well as this you will be supporting with HR administration of end to end HR processes such as starters, leavers, probation and involvement in ad hoc HR administration projects.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of HR administration & working knowledge of LMS systems or HR Systems. The role will involve data management, query management and employee lifecycle HR administration. You will have exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi-task, work at pace whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail. We are going through a period of process review and change so resilience is key. Intermediate excel as a minimum is essential.
