Accountabilities:

• Assist and Support HRD in daily operation, manage HRD’s diary and coordinate with internal/external working partners to set up meetings and arrange itinerary; learn Dyson culture and daily operation on HR domain; Shadow and observe the team on communication, coordination and influence;

• Support TA team and work as TA professional with at least 6 months in TA team, learn from conducting a concrete whole cycle of recruitment; manage and maintain the operation in LinkedIn, internal referral, WeChat and other recruitment channels;

• Independently handle recruitment case from junior to middle level in all functions including retail;

• Support TD team and work as TD professional for at least 6 months; support and deep involved in Grads program, campus talk;

• Support TD team in running whole cycle of yearly performance review, talent review;

• Learn by doing on how to manage talent development and training management;

• Gradually accumulate facilitating skills through training organizing and delivery;

• Support HR BP team and work as HR BP for at least 6 months; Learn and gradually handle employment process, learn and accumulate business acumen and people acumen to be HR business partner;

• Work independently in direct stores or branch office of Dyson China to live in Dyson daily business and culture with Dyson behaviors;

• Be owner of HR systems including but not limited to Avature, LinkedIn, Wechat, internal referral, people system etc; • Always seek new way of working with new technology and skills; be open to outside world with new methodology of HR in the market;

• Learn C&B in daily HR operation from interaction with TA, TD and HR BP team;

• Gradually Learn Organization Development.
