The HR Solution Architect is a key architect role within the newly formed Dyson IT Design team and is accountable for the design and strategy across the HR solutions landscape used at Dyson today and in the future.

Function Overview

This role sits within Dyson's Global Design team and works across the various business streams to ensure Dyson leverage the technology in-line with the business needs.   You will be at the forefront of application design, helping the business to understand the impact and design considerations of a Global Cloud implementation, best-practice processes and continuing roadmap and application maintenance.


As the Solution Architect, you will have insight into the latest functionality of the full suite of Oracle HCM modules, helping to shape the future growth of the application in-line with Dyson’s impressive global business growth

Accountabilities

The HR Solution Architect is a key architect role within the newly formed Dyson IT Design team and is accountable for the design and strategy across the HR solutions landscape used at Dyson today and in the future.

The role will be responsible for the design elements of Dyson’s core “People” solutions which is going through a huge transition. You will cover the needs of the recently deployed SaaS HR platform and the need for new eLearning and training capabilities. You will come in and lead the on-going solution design and evolution of the HR solution landscape and be looked upon to challenge the business on the direction we take the system.

You will work extensively with senior business stakeholders to elicit business plans that drive overall solution design and strategy for the “People” applications landscape and work with with third parties and partners to understand future trends, innovation and opportunities to build roadmaps for the “People” applications landscape.

Skills

We are looking for someone that can showcase a proven track record record of enterprise level application design / application architecture and relationship engagement and building with key business leads and stakeholders. It is essential you have experience with HCM integration and enhancements in a global organisation with your experience specifically lending to multi-country roll-outs.

You will thrive on pressure and be expected to maintain a working knowledge of new technologies and practises to support further innovation for projects and act as an advisory to the business.

It would be ideal if you have knowledge of the Oracle SaaS HR platform and understanding of security principles and policies ensuring these are applied to the design of solutions, also a strong grounding in general technical architecture to include hosting (On Premise & Cloud), storage and networks is highly desirable.
