They also are seconded into project teams for an end to end project lifecycle from gathering and clarifying requirements, working with QA team on end to end testing, delivering training to users on new functionality, managing “how to” questions from market users and supporting on-going improvement enterprises.
You'll need to be an IT professional with experience of implementing packaged solutions and experience of HR systems/processes (preferably cloud solutions or worked with HCM or HR software).
Hands-on exposure to full project life-cycle activities (e.g. design workshops, interfaces, integration, system testing, user testing, data migration) is essential. Strong communications skills are necessary as you'll need deal with senior stakeholders and be able to communicate and present complex ideas simply.
