Function Overview

Spanning across Dyson’s presence online, transactional capabilities, customer care, marketing support and the front and back office technology that makes Dyson work, it is the nerve centre of Dyson. The team spans many specialities from Technical to Business Analysis and Testing. Crucially, as we look to drive future growth by increasing direct sales, dyson.com becomes our most vital global sales channel. Like Dyson products, we embrace the latest technologies, excelling in quality and usability.

Accountabilities

They liaise with business users and stakeholders to support the management of change initiatives across all Dyson’s global markets using business application designed to support the customer in their ownership lifecycle.
 
They also are seconded into project teams for an end to end project lifecycle from gathering and clarifying requirements, working with QA team on end to end testing, delivering training to users on new functionality, managing “how to” questions from market users and supporting on-going improvement enterprises.

Skills

You'll need to be an IT professional with experience of implementing packaged solutions and experience of HR systems/processes (preferably cloud solutions or worked with HCM or HR software).

Hands-on exposure to full project life-cycle activities (e.g. design workshops, interfaces, integration, system testing, user testing, data migration) is essential.  Strong communications skills are necessary as you'll need deal with senior stakeholders and be able to communicate and present complex ideas simply. 

We need someone who has Project delivery/business change experience within the HR operational area.  Determined to identify solutions and be prepared to overcome obstacles to follow through plans to completion; focused on delivery.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment with the chance to travel abroad and be part of an innovative company.
