As our Head of Ecommerce Supply Chain for Central Europe, this is your chance to influence the supply chain model for our rapidly growing omni-channel sector and to provide our customers with an even more efficient service – something you’re passionate about.

Which, for a fast-growing number of our customers, means being able to shop direct online. You’ll be responsible for driving our end-to-end e-commerce supply chain strategy, as well as implementing and managing it. Working with senior IT and e-commerce directors, you’ll develop industry benchmark capability (speed, convenience, and experience) and make sure we’re harnessing market technology and infrastructure solutions to deliver a world-class supply chain. You’ll also drive performance, own e-commerce delivery projects and take full contractual, cost and performance responsibility for associated providers.
This area is critical to our sustained growth, so you’ll need to come with a background and range of skills that will set you apart. Degree qualified, you already have significant commercial and management experience within a senior e-commerce supply chain role – some of which will include contract and carrier management in a Pan European environment. As you’ll be handling many projects (varying in size and complexity), your planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, evaluation and collaborative skills will also need to be exceptional. As will your communication, presentation, interpersonal, influencing, judgement and analytical skills. You’ll also need to have excellent written and verbal English.
