In order to support this growth, we are currently recruiting a Head of IT to drive the development of our ANZ IT strategy.

IT supports the business from a technology perspective and ensures the business has all the necessary tools to run effectively.
Reporting into the Finance & Operations Director you will drive the development and delivery of an ANZ Information Technology (IT) strategy that optimises quality and cost efficient business and operational outcomes, creating a future ready IT environment. You will act as a valued business partner, and provide cross functional leadership and direction, implementing best practice and industry standards that help to establish an innovative, solutions focused and agile IT team.

- Establishing an agile, stable, high performing, scalable IT environment, and team, that is future fit
- Consistently leveraging IT to add value to the business and make working more efficient and effective
- Providing an exceptional IT service culture that really delivers for the organisation and all stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships across all functions of the business, with local and global stakeholders, and establishing creditability and expertise across the AU Leadership Team

In addition you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in an IT leadership role
- Methodical business planning capability
- Strong service management skills
- Experience managing IT projects using a structured project delivery approach such as Prince 2
- Demonstrated experience inspiring, leading and motivating a team
