Head of Operations - Service and Repair

And so will you, as you take ownership of the transformation of our repair and refurbishment activity across Central Europe. Your vision will help us create an efficient and scalable operation – covering everything from the people and processes to the systems for our 3rd party and in-house solutions. Driving the strategy for continual improvement, you’ll build the relationships, develop industry benchmarking, monitor support functions and ensure our market technology and infrastructure is best in class. And you’ll do this all whilst managing budgets, and guaranteeing that all quality, legal, and health and safety compliance related matters are adhered to. Nothing less than excellence across the board is acceptable.
We’ll be looking to you to build strong relationships across all our markets. So, you’re going to need the kind of experience that will inspire people to sit up and take notice. First there’s your background in service and repairs. This is closely followed by your commercial and operational management experience of managing in-house and third-party providers across a European environment. This will then be backed by a relevant degree and formal project management knowledge. But, as important, is the kind of person you are. Your attention to detail, strong analytical and sound business management will drive our business forward. This will be helped along by your strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, influencing and conflict management skills which will gain the support of those around you. You’ll also need to have excellent written and verbal English, as well as strong written and oral Dutch and/or French.
