The High Volume Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Dyson’s high volume recruiting efforts through a variety of responsibilities including arranging high volumes of telephone, video and face-to-face interviews for candidates with high quality and accuracy; creating offer letters and initiating new hire paperwork.

Function Overview

  • Coordinate high volumes of telephone, video and face-to-face interviews – some of which can be complex
  • Ensure recruiting tracker is accurate and up-to-date
  • Initiate all offer on-boarding paperwork for new starters
  • Liaise with HR Operations to ensure new starters are properly set up in Payroll and HRIS systems
  • Provide administrative support to all aspects of the recruiting process
  • Post job descriptions to company career site and job boards 
  • Administer background checks 
  • Produce recruiting reports as required
  • Provide event planning and logistics support for recruiting events


  • 1+ year of experience working within a recruitment, administrative or customer service role is required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel is required
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the company
  • Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
