Function Overview

Our Service Desk provides desktop IT support for 2,500 Dyson people at our Malmesbury HQ and across Europe. First to work each day, we ensure systems and conference facilities are up and running. After that, things get interesting. The day can bring anything from setting up equipment to troubleshooting. Work is fast-paced, with opportunities to use the latest technologies and develop cutting-edge skills. But we wouldn’t have it any other way. We understand the importance of our service. And, no matter how busy, we always find a way to solve Dyson’s most pressing problems.

Accountabilities

As our IT Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the IT stock needed to fulfil many procurement requests received from across the business.  This is a vital role to keep the flow of stock running smoothly while providing a service to internal users in the business. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed correctly with use of SAP and raising PO’s where needed. Excellent customer service is to be used at all times, whilst managing the service to agreed SLAs and KPIs.


Skills

We are looking for someone that possess 1st class customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to recognise and respond to the changing needs of this very fast paced and highly demanding environment.  It is essential the Candidate must have exceptional time management skills and remarkable organisation skills with a keen eye to detail.

You will display high levels of SAP experience and of working within a service delivery orientated environment or role with a high focus on customer service, Asset and Stock management will also be a strong point.
