Accountabilities

As a IT Service Transition lead you will provide cross functional ownership for the transition of Group IT Delivery changes into production service.  Reporting to the QA Manager and supporting all Dyson markets globally, they work with Release Leads, Market Leads and Production Service Owners, to ensure deployment windows and  service requirements are fully understood, clearly communicated, and any associated risks are captured and mitigated prior to production deployment.

You will be responsible for Aligning market leads and production service owners to the Group IT Delivery release plan, chairing the weekly Service Transition Forum and identify risks, actions and owners necessary for the approval and safe deployment of changes contained within Group IT Delivery Releases. Work with Key StakeHolders and project teams, delivery leads and technical teams to create, test and stage production deployment data transports for all approved changes

Skills

We are looking for someone that has 3+ years’ experience in implementing and shaping change, release or service management strategies and processes as well as experience of operating or consulting as an agent for change in a complex, multi-project environment. You will have commercial experience of leading, coaching and mentoring people in change, release or service transition principles.

It would be ideal if you have consultancy experience and Agile software development methodologies is highly desired
