Internal Sales Executive - Telesales
$Competitive Base + Super + 10% Bonus
Professional (B2B) is commercial arm of the business where we sell the Airblade hand dryer and tap and launched the Jake Dyson Lighting in 2016. Airblade is predominately seen in public spaces e.g. commercial kitchens, public bathrooms, universities etc.
- Identify opportunities, produce high quality leads and maintain our Salesforce system
- Establish new and innovative ways to sell commercial products into prospective customers
- Creatively identify and follow up opportunities with new companies and leads generated by the Business Development Managers
- Exceed individual regional targets and KPI’s
- Understand prospective customers needs and pain points, obtaining as much information as possible to qualify leads, schedule appoints and prepare thorough pre-meeting notes
- Research information about our competitors including products and prices in Australia
You are an energetic and results driven experienced telesales professional. You have a true passion for great technology and believe that things should just work better! You genuinely enjoy speaking to customers or prospective customers to understand their needs and pain points and actively identify opportunities for Dyson to partner with them to solve their problems.
You should also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a previous sales role (advantage)
- Strong experience working to and exceeding targets
- Effective and concise communicator both written and verbal
- Strong listening and questioning ability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Passionate for Dyson products
