Inside Sales Executive
Up to £20,000 + bonus, pension, 27 days holiday
Working within the Dyson B2B sales team, you will have responsibility for securing sales of Airblade™ hand dryers, Dyson Lighting, Environmental Control, and Dyson Supersonic through two separate sales paths. Firstly through generating opportunities for our Field based sales team, and secondly through securing sales purchased directly from Dyson.

As an Inside Sales Executive you'll be responsible for targeted outbound prospecting to secure sales and create leads for the Field Sales Team. You will achieve this by building strong relationships with prospective customers, obtaining and qualifying relevant sales data, understanding who the decision makers are, and liaising with the Field Sales Team to maximise these opportunities. You will answer inbound sales calls and provide accurate product information to the customers and convert these calls into sales opportunities. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will find satisfaction in working autonomously to plan and deliver your own results. You will need to communicate Dyson’s superior technology in the face of cheaper competition that lacks Dyson’s engineering excellence. Success looks like hitting and exceeding targets including units sold, margin, and new business growth.
Whilst previous sales experience is preferred, the successful candidate will have experience dealing with commercial customers, or even better prospective customers. You need to be comfortable working in a high pressure and result orientated environment. You will love the opportunity to talk about our technology to prospective businesses but need to be resilient and show strong listening and questioning ability. You'll overcome barriers with ease and ensure that you're speaking to the right person, getting good quality information and leaving them with a professional Dyson experience.
