The Junior Creative will work alongside the Creative Head within the Northern Europe team producing a broad mix of visual communication material for the Dyson Professional (B2B) business.

Market Overview

Dyson HQ, is tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside, our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. The growing campus is the heartbeat of Dyson. Function Overview

This role is within the Northern Europe Creative Hub developing assets for the Dyson Professional (B2B) team. You will be part of this fast paced creative team responsible for all Dyson Professional communications covering a diverse portfolio of Dyson technology in the GB, Ireland, Markets. The team has a range of roles, across all platforms including print and digital as well as studio, traffic, and account management.

The Northern Europe Creative Hub looks after the GB, Ireland, Benelux and Scandinavian markets. Dyson Professionals diverse portfolio of technology has grown from our first step into B2B business with the Dyson Airblades and now includes lightning, environmental control and the supersonic hair dryer.


You'll be responsible for developing the Dyson Professional campaign materials including: test and learn digital projects, pioneering new forms of engagement and communications in differing sectors through integrated marketing collateral; such as assets for a washroom coms takeover in iconic locations to an architect event in one of London’s premium lighting showrooms.

You'll be responsible for managing the creative work stream on site, liaising and directing photographers or video crew, to ensuring the best shots are achieved for our marketing material. Also, you'll be working with the Nordic team to adapt basic marketing material for that market – creating in relevant languages and implementing ad hoc, market-specific amends.

This role also requires the Junior Creative to maintain the highest levels of quality in all areas of application – typography, layout, illustration and photography as well as preparing for presentations with relevant, well structured and well crafted content that supports the proposed directions.


The successful individual will have a Graphic Design degree (or equivalent) plus strong typographic skills with good experience working within a Creative environment or internship.

You must have excellent Mac skills, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce print ready artwork, as it will be essential to support both the creative and production areas of the team and be able to apply strategic and creative thinking across a broad spectrum of design media.

It would be advantageous to have experience of developing, discussing and presenting creative concepts and to be able to clearly articulate rationale and thinking to the wider team. We are looking for a real team player. Willing to muck in and do whatever it takes to get a job delivered on time.
