As a Junior Creative you'll work alongside the Creative Head within the team producing a broad mix of visual communication material.

Market Overview

Dyson HQ, is tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside, our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. The growing campus is the heartbeat of Dyson. Benefitting from an onsite Gym, sports pitch, multiple cafes and a nature walk. Over 2,000 people, including James himself, spend their days strategizing, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world.

Function Overview

This role is within the Northern Europe Creative Hub. You will be part of this fast paced creative team responsible for all Dyson communications in the GB, Ireland, and Nordic Markets. The team has a range of roles, across all platforms including print and retail design as well as studio, traffic, and account management.


As a Junior Creative you'll develop and evolve all Dyson visual communications material including: POS, retail fixtures, digital, events and internal communications. To develop materials which are relevant but also innovative and highly engaging – developing and challenging convention.

You'll be given the opportunity to work on projects as a key part of a team but also to have the experience and ability to manage your own time and deliverables whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality in all areas of application – typography, layout, illustration and photography. You'll prepare for presentations with relevant, well structured and well crafted content that supports the proposed directions.


The successful individual will have a Graphic Design degree (or equivalent) plus strong typographic skills with good experience working within a Creative environment or internship.

You must have excellent Mac skills, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce print ready artwork, as it will be essential to support both the creative and production areas of the team and be able to apply strategic and creative thinking across a broad spectrum of design media.

It would be advantageous to have experience of developing, discussing and presenting creative concepts and to be able to clearly articulate rationale and thinking to the wider team. We are looking for a real team player. Willing to muck in and do whatever it takes to get a job delivered on time.
