The Maintenance Technician will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility electrical and mechanical components, machinery and facilities.

Accountabilities

Provide maintenance to production equipment, facilities, with electrical and mechanical components:

• Track and perform preventive maintenance, of electrical and mechanical components and facilities

• Diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical components and facilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components and other process support equipment

• Perform calibration activities to ensure compliance with set industry codes

• Modify and adjust complex process equipment and instruments

• Align and fit assemblies using hand and power tools

• Perform daily walk-through inspections

• Validate safe operation of electrical and mechanical repairs

• Maintain parts and equipment inventory

• Maintain clean and organized work area

Skills

• Associates degree, or technical school education, preferred
• 3 years of factory-related experience in a maintenance environment preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and results driven personality
• Problem solving skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Able to function and interact in a multi-team environment
