National Independent Manager
The Account Manager will plan, execute, and maximize comprehensive and strategic business plans for the independent channel. This will result in the delivery of sales and profit growth.
The successful person will be responsible for delivering volume sales targets by achieving the key strategic aims mapped out in the annual joint business plan between Dyson and the account. You'll deliver an accurate 12 month rolling forecast and understand retailer profitability through the regular use of a margin tracker. Working closely with internal departments and through face to face meetings with the retailer buying Team to align the organization to your account and negotiation objectives.
This role reports directly to our National Accounts Trading Controller, who reports to the GB Sales Director and you will have people leadership responsibilities.
