Office Administrator, Bristol - 6 month contract, part time hours
Day to day management and coordination for our central Bristol office facility.
Support the technical team in delivery by collating information from the global team.
Make and co-ordinate arrangements for stakeholders for various internal and external meetings.
Supporting project coordination and administration across our three sites (Malmesbury, Bristol and Singapore)
Support our preparation for and participation in external events, conferences and recruitment activities.
You’ll have proven experience providing admin support or office management in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
Exceptional communication skills and an approachable nature are essential.
You’ll be highly organised and able to determine your own priorities across tasks from a number of sources.
You’ll be a confident self-starter, and not afraid to reach out to the wider team to solve problems and unblock progress.
Excellent PC / Mac IT skills & confident with common office applications and open to acquiring new IT skills.
