The Operation Business Analysis Manager is a senior leader in the Group IT Delivery business analysis team and supporting all Dyson markets globally, they lead a team of Finance, Supply chain and commercial planning Business Analysts across multiple project teams defining process and assuring the design of smart technology solutions to support them.

As the Operations Business Analysis Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Business Analysis in delivering a new wow and standardise BA operation on word class execution. You will be expected to lead a team of Finance, Supply chain and commercial planning Business Analysts across multiple project teams defining process and assuring the design of smart technology solutions to support them. This role is expected to coach, nurture and manage this team to deliver world class execution as well as playing a leading role in Stakeholder management where required. In addition you will be responsible for BA best Practice / Team Leadership / Resource Management / Stake Holder Management.
As Business Analysis Manager we are looking for demonstrable experience in business analysis of Finance, supply chain, commercial planning or similar process area including at least 3+ years in leadership, ideally gained in consumer goods organisation. Strong leadership and stakeholder experience and previous experience working and applying Agile methodologies. You will show strong experience with consistency in requirements gathering e.g. well-structured user stories, robust process mapping, engaging presentations
Ideally you will have obtained an accreditation in business analysis e.g. CBAP, PMI, BCS and able to showcase previous experience of practical execution of change management.
