The growth in the Benelux market means the team has seen many changes in this challenging environment and in this role you will be part of this continuing evolutionary process. The responsibilities are varied, as well as general admin duties you will support both the sales team and events projects.
The focus on sales has never been higher and in this role you will assist in the prompt processing of orders and therefore contribute directly to the success of our business.
This is a temporary to provide support to our Order desk in Amsterdam. This role will be responsible for entering customer orders in SAP, sending order confirmation to customers, creating return orders and other administrative tasks to support the Order Desk team.
We are looking for candidates who can learn quickly, have customer service mindset, are good at communicating with customer and colleagues and building relationships with other who may not be in the same office. You will need to be well organized and be willing to get involved quickly.
At least 1 years working experience admin/ customer service environment
Knowledge of Logistical processes
MS Office knowledge, Especially Excel
Experience of SAP
Experience with CRMs
Must speak Dutch and English
Knowledge of French is an advantage but not a must
