The PLM Solution Design Lead is required to take responsibility for PLM solution definition and development within the context of business processes

The number of people using Teamcenter in Dyson is growing steadily, with approximately 2400 Teamcenter users. Along with this, the growth of the application suite that is covered within the PLM Team is continually expanding. (e.g. ECAD & Software Development)
The PLM Solution Design Lead is required to take responsibility for PLM solution definition and development within the context of business processes. The successful applicant will work to coordinate continuous improvement of existing process and solutions, as well as define and develop new solutions and capability.
You will manage a team within the PLM Solution Design area consisting of PLM Specialists and would also include recruiting and development of new team members as the team expands with business need and contribute to the PLM Application suite & solution roadmap, working with the PLM Solution Architect and other members of the PLM team to define the future improvements & additional capabilities.
We are looking for a specialist with Siemens Teamcenter and would like to see at least 5 years in depth knowledge of the use of Teamcenter applications from an end user perspective. You will have strong experience in designing and delivering business process focussed application solutions and a strong engineering focus and expertise to ensure understanding of Engineering requirements and processes.
Ideally you will have experience of managing or coordinating small teams as well as using or managing MBSE solutions.
