Group IT PMO provides Planning, Delivery support and CoE services to the wider Group IT project community. We are looking for a passionate PMO expert to join a high performing team, working within a fast-paced agile environment where the only constant is change.

Market Overview

Function Overview

We’re implementing a completely new commerce and content platform to transform the way we explain our technology, with completely new engaging, interactive visual assets and build a purchase journey that outperforms global leaders like Apple and B&O. It’s a cornerstone of our global drive to more direct sales and a closer relationship with our customers.

At the same time, our existing platform continues to serve our global customer base with commerce functionality, rich support content and customer engagement tools, and forms a core part of our IoT platform, powering our latest generation of connected products. 

Accountabilities

As a PMO Analyst, you will undertake the ownership of one or more IT Portfolio planning or Delivery support processes, with main objectives their implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement. You will also actively monitor and support a portfolio segment consisting of small/medium project groups, acting as a good practice evangelist and controller. You will coordinate the triage and approval activities of incoming requests, champion the ways of working, escalate risks and issues to the appropriate forums, monitor budget actuals and forecast, provide support on the PMO toolset (Atlassian suite and EPM), and report at the portfolio level. You will also audit the quality of management products produced by the Project Managers in pre-Gate reviews, as per approved ways of working.

Skills

We are looking for a seasoned commercially astute PMO analyst with a proven background of supporting IT Programme Planning and Delivery in fast-paced large corporate PRINCE2 and Agile environments. Ideally you will have a digital and back office experience, ideally in a SAP ecosystem and can demonstrate experience in managing demand and allocation of +100 resources and managing the Change Management (cost/time) process at a programme or portfolio level.
