BOM Process Manager
The Business System Development team supports the Global Manufacturing organisation by identifying and leading system transformation projects as well as providing critical business insights using advanced analytics solutions. The team has the following focus areas:
•Information management: Effective management and organisation of the information being channelled through our systems drives understanding, consistency, visibility and reliability which is essential in a business growing in complexity
•Operation Transformation: New insights most often will need to be complemented with updated Systems and Processes. This transformation activity will enable operations to work more efficiently and improve operational effectiveness
•Data-driven business insights: empower decision makers with data analytics using advanced analytics technics such as deep learning, regression solutions or correlations studies and visualisation tools to easily communicate ideas and results
The Planning & MRP system solution architect is a new and exciting role in the organisation. You will be in charge of leading the definition, architecture, implementation, process documentation and support of supply chain planning and MRP solutions from a business perspective. Our objective is to develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule, across the extended enterprise, dynamically driving multi-site/multi-level material and capacity requirements. You will liaise with multiple planning departments (at group and in markets) as well as Contract manufacturers to define and build adapted solutions matching stakeholders’ expectations.
You will participate in supplier selections and be collaborating with the IT department and external business partners during implementation. Once solutions are live, you will audit process adherence, identify and drive improvement initiatives to keep the solution aligned to business needs. You should possess strong leadership and communication abilities to influence key stakeholders and clients you will interface with. This role is based in Singapore but will most likely require some travel to our manufacturing locations and offices (Malaysia / Philippines / UK).
Uses extensive Supply Chain business knowledge at domain level and drives change management and business adoption of technologies.
Performs analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.
Designs complex cross-functional solutions for IT partners to construct and deliver.
Demonstrates broad technical leadership, exerts influence outside of immediate team and drives change.
Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers.
Consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.
Stays abreast of the industry leading practices in Supply Chain and pursues professional relationships inside and outside the company.
Identify business requirements

•Leads and solution architects key supply chain processes spread across Demand Planning, Inventory & Supply Planning
•Effectively engages with IT delivery partners and implements industry standard solutions
•Design business processes for converting EBOMs into MBOMs Drive change
•Drive business change within the organisation to adhere to new ways of working
•Identify any project risks
•Prepare project status reports for stakeholders
•Communicate project objectives at critical junctions to obtain buy-in from all stakeholders
•Guide alignment of information management between systems
•Support the implementation of new information designs into systems
•Recommend innovative solutions to increase BOM management efficiency
•Communicate the design and recommendations to stakeholders

•Master Degree in a related field from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of related experience
