Description

We are looking for a dynamic e-commerce Solution Design Programme Manager, to join our management team and to provide capability to lead the design of all shopper and owner capabilities for the new markets and improvements to the live markets.

Function Overview

We’re implementing a completely new commerce and content platform to transform the way we explain our technology, with completely new engaging, interactive visual assets and build a purchase journey that outperforms global leaders like Apple and B&O. It’s a cornerstone of our global dedication to more direct sales and a closer relationship with our customers.

Our existing platform continues to serve our global customer base with commerce functionality, rich support content and customer engagement tools, and forms a core part of our IoT platform, powering our latest generation of connected products.


Accountabilities

You as the ecommerce e-commerce expert manager will be responsible for leading all the Digital Leap engagement and communication activities in respect to Solution Design; this will include engagement workshops, discovery workshops, and follow-ups during delivery, testing and introduction in the markets. Your experience will craft the order and pace of the Solution Design based on the capabilities needed availability for market launches and Identifying the resource needed, issues and risks, and working with the Programme Director and Head of PMO to handle these.

Skills

You will display a strong commercial background leading programme and project planning within an established commercial brand

-  Your background will display significant working experience in digital industry
-  Consistent record of delivering medium to large scale digital projects (in excess of £1m).
-  Experience delivering Solution Design using a variety of methodologies at the same time.
-  Experience of driving Solution Design in e-commerce environment (retail or technology).
-  Experience establishing, implementing, and supporting the use of, planning and planning standards.
-  Guide at using Microsoft Project Plan.
