You will be an e-commerce Programme Manager with experience around Owner Experience, you will provide capability and be responsible for the implementation of Owner Experience capabilities.

Market Overview

We are looking for an e-commerce Owner Experience Programme Manager, to be part of our management team, and to provide capability to lead the implementation of Owner Experience capabilities into all markets to be launched. These capabilities include account management, my dyson, product support, emails and customer contacts, contact centre support

Function Overview

It’s a cornerstone of our global dedication to more direct sales and a closer relationship with our customers.

At the same time, our existing platform continues to serve our global customer base with commerce functionality, rich support content and customer engagement tools, and forms a core part of our IoT platform, powering our latest generation of connected products


Accountabilities


You posses and bring in-depth understanding of digital technologies and process; in addition, you will have tried leadership track record of CRM, Call Centre, Email solutions, e-commerce accounts programmes, preferably in a retail or technology environment. It is critical that you have delivered from idea to implementation and can therefor with enthusiasm lead all elements of planning, issues and risk management, and providing mentorship

You will be responsible for Leading all the Digital Leap / Group engagement and communication activities in respect to Owner Experience Capabilities; this will include initial engagement workshops, discovery workshops, regular visits and communication during development (at a minimum weekly), testing, readiness, launch and hyper-care status and developing, owning and maintaining an integrated and detailed plan for the Owner Experience capability development until the transition to BAU at the end of hyper-care; working in conjunction with other programme managers. Work with market Prog. Managers to plan in detail the market elements of such plan



Skills

Have you experience managing programme and project planning within an established commercial brand?? Experience of deploying several complex integrated solutions in the areas of CRM, Call Centres, emails, campaigns and e-commerce account management is a sought after requirement.

-  You will display a consistent track record of delivering medium to large scale digital projects (in excess of £1m).
-  Experience delivering projects using a variety of methodologies. Experience with Agile methodology is preferable. Experience of end-to-end delivery.
-  Experience establishing, implementing, and supporting the use of, planning and planning standards.
-  You will be an expert at using Microsoft Project Plan.

It would be desirable :
-  Professional Project Management qualification (i.e. PMI, Prince2) is helpful.
-  Working knowledge of digital project tools: JIRA & Confluence (or equivalent)
